end to waste management problems
With new environmentally friendly biological processes
Ecotechnology
strives to solve sanitary, economic and ecological problems which derive
from the enormous amounts of bioaccumulative residues generated by human
activity, particularly by developed countries. For the past nine
years (1990-1998), in the European Union the production of liquid manure
from farms has increased by more than 100%. In the same period,
urban sewage sludge from waste water treatment plants has increased
by six. This trend will increase even more in the following years due
to a sewage sludges reduction from the plan approved by the European
Union for the period 1998 to 2005.
The final use of residues generated from the agricultural and food
industry is strictly regulated in almost all countries, prohibiting
free disposal into rivers, lakes, ravines, etc.. . This causes new problems
for these industries, due to the cost implied in having to tend
with the waste problem by law. The traditional technology based
on classical fermentation treatments has come to a standstill without
having solved the problem. The application of new biotechnological
processes, of which INAGROSA is a pioneer, solves the problem converting
the waste into useful value added products.

They are the keystone of Kit RPG success. All stages of this advanced
conversion process have been simplified to the maximum with the objective
to reduce the cost of converting the waste. The standard sized RPG Kit
is able to convert 240 MT of filter cake from sugar cane mills.
For other different kinds of waste (sludges, pig manure, etc.) the kit
is produced with other specifications.
